Diwali!

The company has declared Thursday & Friday off in view of the coming Diwali weekend. People in the office though had already taken off on leave last Friday. Consequently attendance this week had been thin & plumbed the depths today.

A holiday mood prevailed since morning & the office was only a quarter full by the end of the day. The prevalent silence had to be heard to be believed.
