Un-smooth operator

First my computer gets deallocated while I'm on leave (took all of 7 days & a talk with the domain head to get it back), & then I manage to screw up my AD ID. That means, no Webmail 0r Gateway for 2 days. Finally, a talk with the IMG guys on the 3rd floor & they managed to get the job done in 5 minutes flat.

Moral of the story: If u wanna get something done, do it yourself.
